Custom Clearing & Forwarding
Through our dedicated team of management and staff, we have the capability to promptly and accurately process your shipping documents through C.O.P.I and the NPA designated terminals to ensure timely customs release.
Processing Import & Export Documents
In situations where our clients are strange to usual import and export documentation, we readily offer our services in this respect, bringing our expertise to play to ensure that they are optimally served.

We will locate you cargo after collecting the Bill of Lading and arrival and location of the ship by NPA.

We advise customers of the location of the cargo, other status and statutory payments accordingly.

We prepare the SDG form with the necessary attachments in the readiness for duty payment and processing unit.

We arrange to remove cargo from block stack in case of cargo congestion at the port.

We arrange for manifest amendment for the cargo at the shipping company, Customs and NPA in case of erroneous documentation.

We arrange to transfer PAAR to appropriate port in case of wrong dispatch.

We apply for available concessions from the shipping coy on behalf of the client.
